30-Day ABs Challenge
The 30-Day Abs Challenge by BB Wellness Studio is a home-based core training program designed to strengthen, sculpt, and define your midsection from every angle. This challenge takes a holistic approach—combining structured ab workouts, nutrition guidance, mindset preparation, and daily accountability to help you build a stronger, more confident body.
From the moment you open the guide, you’re welcomed into a program created to support real women with real lives.
